Background:

Her name is Namiko 'Usagi' Ige. She got the nickname Usagi (Rabbit to her English friends) for her drawings of making chibi rabbits. All she liked to do was draw and dance. She was loved by many of her peers and was actually given a blind date for the first time. Namiko was really excited to see who her date was. His name was Fredrick, a handsome young man that really seemed nice. However, things took a darker turn when it turned out that Fredrick was a serial kill. He stabbed Namiko violently and made her into a bleeding mess. She would have died right then and there, if she wasn't found by Yuri. She took her to a hospital where an anonymous organ donor that was about to die gave her his organs. Namiko awoke alive, but wasn't the same...literally. She ended up having the organs of a ghoul who was ready to die out from brain failure. Her looks frightened many people, her appetite  for human flesh and blood was really starting to get to her. It was up to a point where she would have just let her body starve itself and die a monster. Eventually, she met up with another fellow ghoul at the district. A vampire ghoul hybrid by the name of Akamaru Akahana ('s OC) He turned his appearance as a positive one when he became a top designer in clothing of all kinds. And this popularity is what made him so iconic to many. Namiko then got the courage to meet him in person to talk about how he was able to cope with being a ghoul. He merely explained that being non-human isn't bad. It just means you are different from everyone else. And that's good since everyone needs to be different to express themselves.

Using those words of encouragement, Namiko decided to take on the world as a half-ghoul. By posting her artwork to the world, she gain the attention of many human art appraisers, and the very handsome Lisk Mentro ('s OC) But her mindset was even much more different than she thought. After wandering the ghoul district, and getting tossed back into the hospital, Namiko bumped onto Lisk and got to know him from a much broader prospective. Apparently, this brought them close so much, they were together dating and having her live with him, his sister Tia, and his daughter Amani, in mere hours. But her memories of the man Fredrick really got to her. She couldn't help but think she got her life robbed by him. So being the gentleman that he is, Lisk went to the prison he was in, brought him to Namiko (while she was feeding), and let her eat him alive (Yes, this is real.) 

Feeling pretty good about herself, Namiko decided to not only become a great artist, but a great hero. She knew the injustice that was going on with people like her and like the ghouls. So she wanted to be better prepared should anyone try to come for her. Under the training of numerous ghouls near her, and having a run in with the Innocent Murderer, Namiko was given the chance to be a great warrior by training in the ways of combat of a ghoul. She's currently in training in CQC, a brutal mix of hand to hand combat with gunplay. Namiko also has learnt on how to use her Kagune, a specialized limb of a ghoul that is used in combat. Hers is the Rinkaku, a tentacle like Kagune that is very durable and strong, made of blood. It's strong enough to break through stone and fast enough to block oncoming attacks. However, Namiko is very ill-experienced and not a very dedicated students. She's a rookie at best. Plus, her dreams of wanting to become a great artist has left her a bit distracted from her training and even when she's failing at something, she'll make a fake out looking like she's doing okay, but will actually be pushing herself to her absolute limits and pass them. Still, Namiko has accomplished some amazing feats, in spite of her lack of discipline. And her relationship with Lisk has also made her much more happier and that much more wanting to do much more different activities. Yet there is much that can hardly be determined by this rabbit.
