Death Battle: Leona vs. Moria the fight

Swordsman: Alright, the combatants are set. Let's end this debate once and for all

Okiku: IT'S TIME FOR A DEATH BATTLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!

The setting takes place outside of the sea of Japan. Leona is out on her boat, stretching out her lungs before diving down into the waters. She swam down below to where there was an old battleship.

Leona: Oolbh...thlbis lboolbks prlbomisilbng...

As Leona is swimming to the deck, Moria is using her AMR to scan the area when she sees an orange thing in the distance.

Moria: Tblime tblo blagbl abl plbunk.

She chambers in a round and waits for Leona to stop swimming. When Leona got close, she swam to the control room to look through it with a flashlight. It looked pretty neat to her from the distance she was in.

Leona: Albxilbs. Thlbis mlbeanbs mlborbe mlbonbey  Glbottalb glbet alb slbelfie flborlb thlbe glbriblbs. 

Leona gets out a waterproof camera and decides to take a picture of herself with the ship in the background. When the flash went off, Moria aimed, and fired

Moria: Bloobm blitbhch!

When her camera gets blown up, Leona was scared

Leona: O_O Whlbat thlbe....

She looked around and saw the shine from the scope and saw Moria aiming for her.

Leona: Whlbaaaaaaaalb!! D: 

She swims away and hides below the deck.

Moria: Moira: Shblit! *cocks her rifle using the bolt action* Clbome obln, blitch!

Leona then uses her powers to summon a crossbow for her to use

Leona: Olbh shlbistbe! Nlbolbw Ilb glbobttab flbighbt thlbis glbirlb D: Olbh wlbellb...clban't blbobw mlby blbuff nlbow...

Cue music: 

FIGHT!!!

Leona popped her head out and fired an arrow at Moria's direction.

Moria: Flbluck yblou!

She ducked it on time and then fired another shot at Leona. 

Leona: Eeelbp!

Her lack of concentration made the crossbow vanish. But she still had another trick up her sleeve

Leona: Hlbey dlboulbce!?

She then uses her powers to create an energy spear

Leona: Clbatch thlbis! 

She then use her mind to make it long and shoot out over at Moria's head. Moria ducks it in time but only barely. The spearhead hit her hair and saw some of it floating down.

Moria:  Mbly hblair! D: YBLOU'RE DBLEADB, BLITCH!

Moria tries to rechamber a round, but it jams due to being syndicate weaponry

Moria: Fblbuck!

Leona: Shble's olbut! Nlbow tlbo brlbing thlbe plbain! >:3

Letting the spear vanish, Leona rapidly swam towards her in great speed. Letting herself glide fast, she then goes at Moria with a Superman punch to her face...but forgot about the mask and how a punch hurts too.

Leona: DX Olbw! *shakes her hand in pain*

Moria's goggles break as she rubs her nose. She then headbutts Leona as she heads for the surface to get air, and grab a supply of throwing knives.

Leona: Owlb...wlbait. Shlbe lbeft! 

After whining a bit like a baby, Leona saw that Moria was running out of air and decided to surface too. 

Leona: Gaaah! *whistles over to Moria* Hey shitface! BLEEEEEEEGH!

Leona stuck her tongue out at Moria before swimming away, leaving Moria panting before grabbing her throwing knives.

Moria: I'm gonna stick these knives up your ass! 

Moria quickly threw 3 knives at Leona's direction, but she dove into the water to avoid them. As she popped up, Leona continued to mock her

Leona: Can't hit me! I'm the greatest swimmer in the world!  

Moria: GRAAHH!

The two were starting to swim towards the beach. Leona being the more experienced and faster swimmer was able to stay out ahead. Moria then throws another knife at Leona, this time like a buzzsaw. It ends up hitting Leona on the back of her shoulder.

Leona: O_O OOOOOOW!! Hey! No fair! 

Using her powers a third time, she creates an energy tomahawk and tosses it at Moria once Leona was on the shore

Leona: Burnett slut! 

Moira: *gets clipped in her shoulder* ACK! German whore!

Once Moria was on the surface, she got into her brawler stance, ready to take on Leona hand to hand. Leona decides to show off and goes into her Zi Ran Men stance.

Cue music: 

Moria: I'm gonna make schnitzel out of you!

Leona: You wish, fraulien. I hope you're ready for a beating!

Moria charged right for Leona and started throwing haymakers around at her face.

Moria: GO DOWN!!

Leona avoids some of them, and then hits her with a 3 hit palm strike before she spins around for a back kick

Leona: Ha! You can't beat me! I know kung fu! 

Moria blocks the palm strikes, but takes the kick. She then counters with an sokuten-geri kick, or at least her interpretation of it, a roll to a mid kick, or in her case, a heel. This hit Leona hard enough to get her to fall on her back.

Leona: @_@ Although...I suppose you know a few moves too...

Leona gets up and performs a somersault kick, then punches her with a strong uppercut

Leona: SHORYUKEN!!! >: 3

Moira takes the shoryuken, lands on her back with a broken jaw. She still has two throwing knives and tosses them at Leona. Leona manages to duck one, but the last one hits her on the leg. 

Leona: AAAH! D: *pulls it out* What is with you and throwing knives? Can't we just talk this out?

Moira: *realigns her jaw* Fuck... you came into my territory, chopped my hair and you want to talk it out? FUCK NO!

Moria gets up and charges at Leona. Leona yelps softly before jumping out of the way. Feeling she has little options any more, she summons a staff for her to use and shakily wields it.

Leona: Would it help if I just said I was sorry?!

Moira: No! Die!

Moria abandons all logic and reasoning, and starts wildly throwing punches and kicks at Leona. Her attacks are sloppy and not on point. Leona frantically tries to block them as best as she can. And is about to choke under pressure. She then hits Moria with the end of her staff and then brings it up to slam it on the top of her skull so hard, it somehow broke the staff too.

Leona: O_O How does that even...it's not even wood!

Moria takes the hit and is feeling a very painful headache with her skull cracked, feeling dazed and disoriented. She can't even see Leona clearly.

Moria: @_@ Hold... still all... 9 of you...

Leona:  I think I her too hard. *energy staff fades* Uh...well, I guess I, eh... *starts running*

When Leona ran away out of sheer cowardice, she didn't have to worry about Moria chasing her. She collapses dead due to a brain hemorrhage bleeding into her brain. Moria out for the count

KO!!

Okiku: Well that turned our really different than I expected. She's definitely a little bitch

Swordsman: Moria technically had more combat experience than Leona. But Leo was more properly trained in Zi Ran Men and was able to keep up with Moria in her outbursts.

Okiku: Moria maybe one hell of a sniper, but Leona has dealt with the Syndicate, Arthemis, and the Center before, and had a shit load of weapons to summon in case things got hairy

RLS: That and Moira has been pummeled before, the longer the fight drags out, the more tired and sloppy she gets.  Lack of formal training bit her in the you know where.

Okiku: But should have Leona bleed out fromt he knife attacks? The girl's a lightweight

Swordsman: Well she did have the Phoenix Blood to help her. Plus, a few knives just doesn't compare to the number of bullets she's dodged before. While Leona is a bit of a coward and somewhat dimwitted, she always has a bit of luck in all her affairs.

Okiku: This fight was just another splitting headache for Moria

Leona:

+Powers gave Leona more weapons
+Was able to avoid many of Moria's attacks
+Phoenix Blood helped her with wounds
-Fighting style wasn't that much different from Moria's
-Clumsiness made her a bit predictable

Moria:
+Had the better experience
+Knives helped when she didn't have her gun
+Could dodge most incoming attacks
-The longer the fight, the sloppier she got.
-Couldn't stay calm long enough to win

The winner...is Leona Antje
